// Is it possible to develop our own product formulas?
Sure, just send us an email to info@sanivita.eu, and we will see, what we can do. Generally, the development process takes some time (developing and sending samples, coordination with the customer to come an approved solution etc. The development soct for new formulas are 100,00 Eur, for additional flavor of the existing formula the cost is 50 eur. Shipping cost is not included in the price.

// What does the option UPLOAD LOGO in the product catalog mean?
It means, that we only add your logo to our label. We will send a label preview to your email to confirm, before you order.
// What does UPLOAD LABEL in the product catalog mean?
It means, that you upload your own label of choice and we will use it in the production of the product. Check »our label« for the ingredients, supplement facts and other product information, that you can put on your label.
// How do I order samples?
You can order the samples of all our powdered products in the product catalog completelly FREE of charge. Just complete the form (link na: http://www.sanivita.eu/vitatest/contact-sanivita) and click the box: I want to recieve the free samples and you wll receive our standard samples pack, or feel free to order any samples you wish?
// How long before I receive my order, after I make the payment?
Standard production time is 2-3 weeks, so depending on your location. The delivery time depends on your location and transport choice. For GLS parcels, the shipping time is under 5 days, for larger orders (over 2 pallets) the shipping time depends on the selected transport company, but usually it is no more then 5 days.
